Duanwu Jie means “the beginning of mid-summer festival”.
The main activities during Duanwu Jie are eating Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings) and boat racing.
Apart from that, there are actually more traditional activities on this day, aiming at fending off evils and keeping people healthy, which include drinking realgar wine, hanging mugwort and calamus on the door, wearing scented sachets, and tying five-color silk thread to the wrist.

Pick up the phoenix’s tail feather on KADS Stamping Plate Chinese 029 with KADS Stamping Polish 08. Clear the excess part with a liner pen or with any tool you like, making it into a thread.
